Spiritual Offerings
Besides my work as a teacher at our technical school in Klein Erla bei St. Valentin over the years another role has developed, that of dealing with the hunger for spirituality and personal experience of God: with meditation-evenings, -weeks, and -days and contemplative retreats I give people the opportunity to find themselves and to find God in silence. In the spiritual direction of individuals I use these on the search for God and support them in their efforts to live with God in everyday life.
I currently offer meditation, retreat, and spiritual direction in several education centers.

- Born 1947 in Großarl/Pongau, Salzburg, 11 siblings
- 1967 Entry into the congregation of the Sisters of Mary of Mount Carmel in Linz
- 1974 Matura at the HBLA for commercial occupations in Linz
- Pedagogic Academy in Innsbruck and Linz
- Teaching Positions for German, English, Religion, and History
- Since 1979 certified teacher at our technical school in Erla
- Extra occupational further training in meditation, retreat direction, spiritual direction, liturgical dance, ÖVS- Supervisor
- Since 2007 exclusive meditation offerings, retreat direction, and spiritual direction
