The beginning of the year is a good opportunity to turn inward, to search for the source of strength within me, and to look for the center from which I can to live and with full confidence begin the new year.

The daily prayer life of the sisterly community and a calm sing room looking out onto the small garden of the Sisters of Mary of Mount Carmel make an ideal framework for meditation even in the center in Linz.

• Participation in prayers of the Divine Office and at the Eucharistic celebrations of the sisters
